Welcome to our new drop-in business lounge

Recently I’ve been speaking to a number of people who are looking for flexibility in their workspace. Some are out on the road and want somewhere to drop-in when they need to get their head down to do some paperwork. Others are home-workers who are in transition from working at home to moving into an office. They want the option of working in a professional environment from time to time. Some of them have told me that working from home can be unproductive; they can end up feeling isolated, can’t network with other professionals or are often (all too easily) distracted from their work. There are also some who do not need a permanent office, but do need a professional environment on an occasional basis.
Some of these people choose to take out an office with us, whilst others are looking for something in between. We can offer them a range of solutions to fit their business needs, from a mailing address service, a registered office address, or a virtual office with a receptionist to answer their calls, on a local telephone number allocated to their business.
Recently we’ve added a brand new solution – one that we think will be a popular addition; this is our Drop-In Business Lounge. It's a light, airy shared office space where clients can drop-in whenever they need a base. This office is furnished with generous desk space, solid, high quality and comfortable office chairs and comes with a high speed wifi connection. There is also informal seating so, as well as being a workplace, it is also ideal for those wishing to meet up with their own clients more informally over a coffee, away from the public hustle and bustle of a hotel lobby or coffee shop. The room also looks out over our lovely communal gardens, which are also available to all our clients. It couldn’t be simpler to use our Drop-In Business Lounge. There is no complex agreement to sign, our clients simply buy a number of hours per month and then drop-in to use the lounge as and when it suits them.
We think this space will be ideal for busy business professionals who do not have a fixed workplace but who still need a professional, serviced environment from time to time.
To see how this could meet your own requirements, please pop in and meet me for a coffee. I’d be delighted to show you around! (As a special incentive your first visit is free).
