Booking Conditions
All bookings must be confirmed by completion of a Meeting Space booking form.
Half day rates apply to morning or afternoon bookings of 4 hours duration between the hours of 8:30am and 1:00pm or 1:30pm and 6:00pm only.
Full day rates apply to bookings of 8 hours duration between the hours of 8:30am and 6:00pm.
Meeting room use prior to 8:30am or after 6:00pm will be charged by the hour and is subject to a minimum 25% surcharge.
The client will be held responsible for the cost of repairing any damage caused to the property, or its contents, by the users.
All catering must be provided by The Oriel, and 48 hours' notice is required prior to the meeting.
Cancellation: In the event of cancellation the following charges will apply:
48 hours' notice 50% 24 hours' notice 80% Same Day 100%
